So... what'd you think?

Did you have fun?
4

What was fun about it?
I liked having to chase the colors and combine them to beat the monsters. It was nice to have all of the powerups that did help.

What wasn't so fun?
I found it a bit tedious that I had to go back and get a combination again if I missed. When respawning I thought the intro sequence could have been a little shorter. It may have been just my not understanding but I didn't seem to find a use for the slide ability.

Did anything in particular stand out as awesome?
The atmosphere was really cool. Graphics of the canvas and paint were well done I thought and the music I thought brought good ambiance and was in place with what was going on.

Did anything in particular stand out as awful?
So far I couldn't say that anything seemed bad, there was one enemy that seemed to move then stand still, I couldn't seem to splat that one.

Did you enjoy mixing colors?
It makes you think and act at the same time.

Did you have trouble mixing or distinguishing colors?
I had no issues distinguishing the colors or mixing them.

Did you enjoy the graphics/art style?
I thought the canvas and paint was well represented .

Did you enjoy listening to the in-game music?
Great ambience for the scenery and what was happening.
4

Were the in-game sound effects satisfying?
They seemed well in place.

Did you have any trouble controlling Blob Man? Did he always do what you wanted him to?
I couldn't seem to find any control issues.

Did you ever feel like you didn't know what was going on? If so, please explain when/where!
I was completely aware at all times!

Were the enemies interesting?
The diversity was good!

Were they difficult? Were they too easy?
I would say that a little more difficulty may be better. I found that sometimes they would chase me, and then I would run around for a while untill I saw them again.

Were the menus easy to navigate?

Did you have any trouble?
The only issue I had was when it was game over, and when I was done entering my name I didn't know to press ESC to go to the next menu, and I didn't see a way to "play again" or something similar.

What would you like to see more of?
More ways to splat the enemies, maybe enemies that shot a different color to mess you up or different types of enemies, different ways to gather colors, more types of enemies and possibly more powerups that affect the enemies such as all on-screen enemies when the powerup activates turn into goofy shapes like an iceceam cone.

What would you like to see less of?
I would like to see less of the current method of getting the different colors as it seemed to me a bit tedious over a short period.

So overall, you would say your experience with Splat! was: 1 - Awful, worst game I've ever played. 2 - Bad, probably won't play it much if at all. 3 - Alright, I'll probably try it again. 4 - Good, I'm looking forward to the next release. 5 - Super fantastic! I love this game!!!

Any last thoughts? Any advice or suggestions for Splat! or OPifex as a whole?
Since it is in alpha I'm sure there's a lot of things you're going to already include! Looking forward to the next update!
